目的：探讨髌骨骨折手术治疗方法及疗效。方法：收治髌骨骨折患者73例，随机分为钢丝环扎组、多克氏针张力带组和髌骨爪组，分别采用钢丝环扎、克氏针张力带和分体式髌骨爪进行内固定治疗，比较3组的治疗效果。结果：术后1年，所有患者均达到骨折愈合。治疗优良率：钢丝环扎组62.50%，多克氏针张力带组88.00%，髌骨爪组91.67%。结论：在髌骨骨折治疗中，采用分体式髌骨爪与多克氏针张力带治疗可以达到较稳固的治疗效果，治疗优良率较高。

목적：탐토빈골골절수술치료방법급료효。방법：수치빈골골절환자73례，수궤분위강사배찰조、다극씨침장력대조화빈골조조，분별채용강사배찰、극씨침장력대화분체식빈골조진행내고정치료，비교3조적치료효과。결과：술후1년，소유환자균체도골절유합。치료우량솔：강사배찰조62.50%，다극씨침장력대조88.00%，빈골조조91.67%。결론：재빈골골절치료중，채용분체식빈골조여다극씨침장력대치료가이체도교은고적치료효과，치료우량솔교고。
Objective:To explore the operation treatment method and efficacy of patellar fracture.Methods:73 patients with patellar fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into wire cerclage group,dock's wire tension band group and patella catching group.They were treated respectively with cerclage wire,dock's wire tension band and split patella catching for internal fixation,then we compared the treatment effect of three groups.Results:At one year after the operation,all the patients achieved fracture healing.In wire cerclage group,the excellent rate of treatment was 62.50%;the dock's wire tension band group was 88.00%;the patella catching group was 91.67% .Conclusion:In the treatment of patella fracture,split patella catching and dock's wire tension band treatment can achieve a more stable treatment effect,and the excellent rate of treatment was higher.
