探索固体酸混合无机酸、金属硫酸盐、有机酸协同催化葡萄糖醇解合成乙酰丙酸丁酯的反应,选取混合协同催化效果较好的催化剂用于纤维素的醇解,结果表明,添加的金属硫酸盐大部分对葡萄糖的醇解表现出一定的促进作用,有利于产物收率的提高。有机酸、无机酸和金属盐的加入对葡萄糖醇解合成乙酰丙酸丁酯收率影响较小,但在纤维素醇解过程中表现出较大的促进作用,产物收率较高。为纤维生物质资源转化为高附加值化学品提供了一条有效的、环境友好的参考途径。
探索固體痠混閤無機痠、金屬硫痠鹽、有機痠協同催化葡萄糖醇解閤成乙酰丙痠丁酯的反應,選取混閤協同催化效果較好的催化劑用于纖維素的醇解,結果錶明,添加的金屬硫痠鹽大部分對葡萄糖的醇解錶現齣一定的促進作用,有利于產物收率的提高。有機痠、無機痠和金屬鹽的加入對葡萄糖醇解閤成乙酰丙痠丁酯收率影響較小,但在纖維素醇解過程中錶現齣較大的促進作用,產物收率較高。為纖維生物質資源轉化為高附加值化學品提供瞭一條有效的、環境友好的參攷途徑。

The alcoholysis of glucose catalyzed by solid acid mixed inorganic acids,metal sulfates and organic acids to butyl levulinate was investigated,and then the catalyst with the best catalytic effect was selected and used for cellulose alcoholysis. The results indicated that most of the metal sulfates exhibited enhancement effect on glucose alcoholysis,which helped to improve product yield;the addition of organic acids,inorganic acids and metal salts had little influence on the yield of butyl levulinate from glucose alcoholysis,and the as-prepared solid acids possessed obvious promotion effect on cellulose alcoholysis with high product yield. This research provides an effective and environmentally friendly way to the con-version of fiber biomass resources into high value-added chemicals.
