采用卤化和磺化处理制备了阳离子交换树脂LH,并将其用于乙醇与异丁烯催化醚化合成乙基叔丁基醚。利用单因素实验考察醇烯物质的量比、反应温度、空速和反应压力对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,在醇烯物质的量比1.198、反应温度65℃、空速3 h-1和反应压力1.50 MPa条件下,乙基叔丁基醚收率达85.5%。
採用滷化和磺化處理製備瞭暘離子交換樹脂LH,併將其用于乙醇與異丁烯催化醚化閤成乙基叔丁基醚。利用單因素實驗攷察醇烯物質的量比、反應溫度、空速和反應壓力對催化劑性能的影響。結果錶明,在醇烯物質的量比1.198、反應溫度65℃、空速3 h-1和反應壓力1.50 MPa條件下,乙基叔丁基醚收率達85.5%。

Cation exchange resin LH was prepared by halogenation and sulfonation,and then was used for etherification of alcohol and isobutene to synthesize ethyl tert-butyl ether. The influence of alcohol/isobutene molar ratios,reaction temperatures,space velocity and reaction pressure on the performance of the catalyst was investigated. The experimental results indicated that ethyl tert-butyl ether yield of 85. 5%was attained under the optimal condition as follows:the molar ratio of alcohol to isobutene 1 . 198 ,reaction temperature 65 ℃,space velocity 3 h-1 and reaction pressure 1. 50 MPa.
