通过辅导员的生活、学习、工作的实践逻辑的叙事研究，发现地方院校辅导员发展路径的实践逻辑及其经验图示具有“内生”性和“外源”性等特征，并勾勒出了地方院校辅导员在职场场域内“入职、培训、考核和转岗”中情境图景。地方院校辅导员发展只有通过“内生”性和“外源”性的发展路径才是最为科学、合理。
