针对目前病案管理存在的系统零散、信息缺乏完整性、信息化程度不高等问题，提出整合原有子系统，形成一体化病案管理信息系统的解决方案。该系统的使用范围涵盖病案管理工作的各个环节，实现病案全程示踪、首页在线编码、病历书写质量监控、字典库维护、病历数字化归档、病案复印登记等功能，从而有效地提高了病案管理工作的质量和效率。

To against the problems of medical records management, which includessystem fragmented and information incomplete,and not high degree of informatization, the solution is propsed,which unify existing subsystems, to form an integrated medical records management information system. It covers all aspects of medical records management, and realize the whole medical records tracing,the home page online coding, medical records of quality controlling, dictionary database maintenance, medical records digital archiving, medical records copying and registrationand so on. With those capability, the quality and effectively of medical records management is obviously improved.
