目的：探讨COPD合并呼吸衰竭呼吸内科规范治疗效果。方法：收治COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者78例，将其按奇、偶数字法随机平均分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗；观察组在对照组基础上加用沙美特罗替卡松治疗。结果：观察组治疗后各项指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：沙美特罗替卡松治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者能够有效缓解其呼吸困难症状，对促进肺功能恢复及提高患者生活质量均具有重要作用。

목적：탐토COPD합병호흡쇠갈호흡내과규범치료효과。방법：수치COPD합병호흡쇠갈환자78례，장기안기、우수자법수궤평균분위량조。대조조급여상규치료；관찰조재대조조기출상가용사미특라체잡송치료。결과：관찰조치료후각항지표균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：사미특라체잡송치료COPD합병호흡쇠갈환자능구유효완해기호흡곤난증상，대촉진폐공능회복급제고환자생활질량균구유중요작용。
Objective:To investigate the standard treatment effect of COPD combined respiratory failure.Methods:78 patients with COPD combined respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers.The control group were given conventional treatment,while the observation group were treated with Shah Mette Lo Tikason on the basis of the control group.Results:The indexes of the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shah Mette Lo Tikason can effectively relieve the symptoms of dyspnea in patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure,and it plays an important role in promoting pulmonary function recovery and improving the quality of life of patients.
