目的：探究玉屏风颗粒与地氯雷他定联合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取118例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为实验组和对照组（n=59），实验组患者予以玉屏风颗粒联合地氯雷他定治疗，对照组患者予以地氯雷他定治疗，观察2组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果2组患者临床治疗总有效率比较，实验组总有效率为100.00%（59例），对照组患者治疗总有效率为76.27%（45例），实验组显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者治疗后总不良反应率比较相当，实验组总不良反应率为1.69%（1例），对照组总不良反应率为3.39%（2例），差异无统计学意义。结论采取玉屏风颗粒联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎具有显著的临床治疗效果，安全可行，不良反应少，值得临床应用推广。
목적：탐구옥병풍과립여지록뢰타정연합치료과민성비염적림상료효。방법선취118례과민성비염환자작위연구대상，안조치료방법적불동장기분위실험조화대조조（n=59），실험조환자여이옥병풍과립연합지록뢰타정치료，대조조환자여이지록뢰타정치료，관찰2조환자림상치료효과급불량반응정황。결과2조환자림상치료총유효솔비교，실험조총유효솔위100.00%（59례），대조조환자치료총유효솔위76.27%（45례），실험조현저고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；2조환자치료후총불량반응솔비교상당，실험조총불량반응솔위1.69%（1례），대조조총불량반응솔위3.39%（2례），차이무통계학의의。결론채취옥병풍과립연합지록뢰타정치료과민성비염구유현저적림상치료효과，안전가행，불량반응소，치득림상응용추엄。
