目的：分析健康教育应用于老年高血压护理中的临床疗效。方法整群选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月心脑血管科诊治的老年高血压患者86例,根据是否实施健康教育实施分为两组,研究组给予健康教育,参照组不给予健康教育,对比健康教育的护理效果。结果①研究组的认知度94.2%(81/86)显著高于参照组61.6%(53/86),χ2=26.48,P<0.05；②研究组的治疗依从性97.7%(84/86)显著高于参照组73.3%(63/86),χ2=20.64,P<0.05；③研究组患者的健康感觉、躯体感觉、认知功能、睡眠状态和生活满足感显著高于参照组,t=18.90、12.10、22.17、17.30、18.06,P<0.05；④治疗后两组患者的舒张压、收缩压变化显著优于治疗前,且研究组患者的舒张压、收缩压变化显著优于参照组,t=2.75、4.45,P<0.05。结论健康教育应用于老年高血压护理可以有效提高患者对高血压的认识度,改善患者的心功能和生活质量,提高护理有效性和治疗依从性,所以老年高血压给予健康教育的疗效显著。
목적：분석건강교육응용우노년고혈압호리중적림상료효。방법정군선취해원2014년2월—2015년2월심뇌혈관과진치적노년고혈압환자86례,근거시부실시건강교육실시분위량조,연구조급여건강교육,삼조조불급여건강교육,대비건강교육적호리효과。결과①연구조적인지도94.2%(81/86)현저고우삼조조61.6%(53/86),χ2=26.48,P<0.05；②연구조적치료의종성97.7%(84/86)현저고우삼조조73.3%(63/86),χ2=20.64,P<0.05；③연구조환자적건강감각、구체감각、인지공능、수면상태화생활만족감현저고우삼조조,t=18.90、12.10、22.17、17.30、18.06,P<0.05；④치료후량조환자적서장압、수축압변화현저우우치료전,차연구조환자적서장압、수축압변화현저우우삼조조,t=2.75、4.45,P<0.05。결론건강교육응용우노년고혈압호리가이유효제고환자대고혈압적인식도,개선환자적심공능화생활질량,제고호리유효성화치료의종성,소이노년고혈압급여건강교육적료효현저。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of health education applied to the nursing for hypertension in the el-derly. Methods 86 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in the Cardiocerebral Department of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups, the study group and the control group in accordance with whether the patients were given health education. The study group was given health education, and the control group was not given health education. And the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results ①The awareness of hypertension was much higher in the study group than that in the control group[94.2%(81/86) vs 61.6%(53/86)],χ2=26.48, P<0.05;②The treatment compliance was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group [97.7%(84/86) vs 73.3%(63/86)],χ2=20.64,P<0.05;③The study group was much better than the control group in the aspects of healthy feeling, body sensation, cognition function, sleep state and life satisfaction,t=18.90, 12.10, 22.17,17.30,18.06,P<0.05; ④After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and the changes of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly better in the study group than in the control group,t=2.75,4.45,P<0.05. Conclusion Health education applied to the nursing for elderly patients with hypertension, can effectively increase the awareness of hypertension, improve heart function and life quality and enhance the nursing effect and treatment compliance in the patients with significant effect.
