目的:建立增食口服液中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:利用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果:在8.14296μg· mL-1~48.85776μg·mL-1浓度范围内芦丁的峰面积和浓度具有良好的线性关系,R=0.9993;平均回收率为98.68%,RSD=0.57%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、可靠、重复性好,适用于增食口服液的质量控制。

Objective:To establish an assay of determination of Total Flavonoids in Zengshi Oral Solution by UV spectrophotometry . Method: The Content of Total Flavonoids was detemined by UV spectrophotometry.Results:The standard curve was in good linearity in the range of 8.14296μg·mL-1~48.85776μg·mL-1 ,R=0.9993 for determination of its related substances.The average recovery rate was 98.68%with RSD of 0.57%.Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. The method can be used for the quality control of Zengshi Oral Solution.
