以钒钛磁铁矿现场高炉渣为基础,纯化学试剂调制渣样,在中性气氛条件下研究了炉渣二元碱度及 MgO,Al2 O3,TiO2,V2 O5含量对实验渣系冶金性能的影响.结果表明:增加碱度和 MgO 含量,炉渣熔化性温度(tm )、初始黏度(η0)和高温黏度(ηh )呈先降低后升高趋势;增大 Al2 O3含量,炉渣 tm 升高,η0先降低后升高,ηh 呈上升趋势;增大 TiO2含量,炉渣 tm 升高,η0和ηh 逐渐下降,炉渣黏流活化能升高,热稳定性变差;增大 V2 O5含量,炉渣 tm 先降低后升高,η0和ηh 逐渐增大.高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿适宜渣系为:二元碱度1.15,MgO,Al2 O3,TiO2,V2 O5质量分数分别为13%,13%,7%,0.30%.
以釩鈦磁鐵礦現場高爐渣為基礎,純化學試劑調製渣樣,在中性氣氛條件下研究瞭爐渣二元堿度及 MgO,Al2 O3,TiO2,V2 O5含量對實驗渣繫冶金性能的影響.結果錶明:增加堿度和 MgO 含量,爐渣鎔化性溫度(tm )、初始黏度(η0)和高溫黏度(ηh )呈先降低後升高趨勢;增大 Al2 O3含量,爐渣 tm 升高,η0先降低後升高,ηh 呈上升趨勢;增大 TiO2含量,爐渣 tm 升高,η0和ηh 逐漸下降,爐渣黏流活化能升高,熱穩定性變差;增大 V2 O5含量,爐渣 tm 先降低後升高,η0和ηh 逐漸增大.高爐冶煉釩鈦磁鐵礦適宜渣繫為:二元堿度1.15,MgO,Al2 O3,TiO2,V2 O5質量分數分彆為13%,13%,7%,0.30%.

The components of practical blast furnace (BF)slag of vanadium-titanium magnetite were adjusted by adding pure chemical reagents.The effects of binary basicity,MgO,Al2 O3 , TiO2 and V2 O5 on the metallurgical properties of experimental slag were studied under neutral atmosphere.The results showed that with increasing content of basicity and MgO,the melting temperature (tm ),initial viscosity (η0 )and high-temperature viscosity (ηh )of slag first decrease and then increase.As increasing Al2 O3 content,tm increases,η0 first decreases and then increases,ηh increases.When increasing TiO2 content,tm increases,η0 and ηh decrease.The viscosity flow activation energy of slag increases and the heat stability of slag becomes worse.With increasing V2 O5 content,tm first decreases and then increases,η0 and ηh increase.The suitable BF slag for smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite is:binary basicity 1.15,MgO 13%,Al2 O3 13%,TiO2 7%,V2 O5 0.30%.
