目的：探讨分析外阴阴道手术患者的护理措施,总结有效的护理要点。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年3月在该院收治的60例外阴阴道手术患者按照随机分配法分为观察组(在常规护理基础上配合整体护理干预措施)和对照组(单独采用常规护理干预措施),对比分析两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者术后肛门排气时间(24.9±3.2)h、住院时间(6.4±1.4)d均明显短于对照组(33.1±4.9)h、(8.9±3.0)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外阴阴道手术患者实施精心、有效的护理干预措施,有助于提高手术治疗效果,帮助患者尽早恢复健康。
목적：탐토분석외음음도수술환자적호리조시,총결유효적호리요점。방법수궤선취2014년1월—2015년3월재해원수치적60예외음음도수술환자안조수궤분배법분위관찰조(재상규호리기출상배합정체호리간예조시)화대조조(단독채용상규호리간예조시),대비분석량조환자호리효과。결과관찰조환자술후항문배기시간(24.9±3.2)h、주원시간(6.4±1.4)d균명현단우대조조(33.1±4.9)h、(8.9±3.0)d,량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대외음음도수술환자실시정심、유효적호리간예조시,유조우제고수술치료효과,방조환자진조회복건강。
Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing intervention for patients with vulvovaginal operation and summarize the effective nursing points. Methods 60 patients with vulvovaginal operation admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated by the conventional nursing combined with holistic nursing intervention, and the control group was treated by the conventional nursing intervention. And the nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time was much earlier in the observation group than in the control group [(24.9±3.2)h vs (33.1±4.9)h], the length of stay was obviously shorter in the observation group than that in the control group [(6.4±1.4)d vs (8.9±3.0)d], the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with vulvovaginal operation, careful and effective nursing interven-tion is conducive to improving the surgical therapeutic effect and the recovery as soon as possible.
