为减少人们外出时忘记关闭空调造成的能源浪费及空调待机时的功耗,开发了一种基于PIR扫描的空调节能测控器。微型步进电机带动人体红外热释电(PIR)传感器左右方向摆动,对室内空间进行扫描,以检测静止的人体的信号。IAP15F2K61S2单片机构成控制核心,三端双向可控硅BAT41及光电双向可控硅MOC3061构成大电流电子开关电路。该测控器能根据室内有人/无人的状态,控制空调电源的通断。经测试表明,该测控器能够在室内长时间无人时,自动断开空调电源,达到节能的目的。

To reduce energy waste both caused by people’s careless such as forgetting to turn off air conditioning when going out and standby power consumption, a monitoring and controlling device which is based on PIR scanning is designed. The PIR sensor is enhanced with mobility through using a micro stepper motor; it can sense movement &static people. IAP15F2K61S2 MCU is the controller. Using triac BAT41 and optical triac MOC3061 constitute a large current electronic switching circuit. The monitoring and controlling device can control air conditioning power switch, according to Interior Stay / Away status. The test results show that this device can disconnect the power supply of air, while there is no person in the room after a long time, to save energy.
