利用产纤维素酶菌株 S522B-41对葛渣进行固态发酵,考察接种量、发酵温度、pH 值、发酵时间等对葛渣异黄酮得率的影响,并通过响应面分析法对发酵条件进行优化.结果表明,在接种量4%、发酵温度40℃、pH=6.4、发酵时间44 h 的条件下,葛渣异黄酮得率高达12.28 mg/g,为常规醇提法的1.52倍.
利用產纖維素酶菌株 S522B-41對葛渣進行固態髮酵,攷察接種量、髮酵溫度、pH 值、髮酵時間等對葛渣異黃酮得率的影響,併通過響應麵分析法對髮酵條件進行優化.結果錶明,在接種量4%、髮酵溫度40℃、pH=6.4、髮酵時間44 h 的條件下,葛渣異黃酮得率高達12.28 mg/g,為常規醇提法的1.52倍.
이용산섬유소매균주 S522B-41대갈사진행고태발효,고찰접충량、발효온도、pH 치、발효시간등대갈사이황동득솔적영향,병통과향응면분석법대발효조건진행우화.결과표명,재접충량4%、발효온도40℃、pH=6.4、발효시간44 h 적조건하,갈사이황동득솔고체12.28 mg/g,위상규순제법적1.52배.
Pueraria root residue was used as the main material for solid-state fermentation by bacterial strain (No.S522B-41 ) of Bacillus.The effects of inoculum concentration,fermentation temperature, fermentation pH and fermentation time on the extraction yield of isoflavones were studied.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by response surface methodology (RSM):inoculum concentration 4%,fermentation temperature 40 ℃,fermentation pH 6.4,and fermentation time 44 h.Under these condi-tions,the extraction yield of isoflavones can reach at 12.28 mg/g,which is increased by 52% than that of traditional method.
