目的：：探讨某县医院高血压患者住院费用现状及其影响因素。方法：统计420例高血压患者住院费用的基本构成情况，并采用单因素方差分析或 t 检验和多因素线性回归对住院费用的影响因素进行分析。结果：420例高血压患者中，住院总费用为2260130元，其中最高为药品费用，占全部费用的67.79%；经单因素分析表明，住院费用与年龄、职业、住院天数、药占比之间存在关联，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；多因素分析表明影响高血压患者住院费用的主要因素是年龄和住院天数。结论：在保证服务质量的前提下，高血压患者住院费用控制重点应为缩短住院天数，减少不合理的药物使用。

Objective:To investigate hospitalization expenses and the influential factors among hypertension patients in one county.Methods:The average health care cost of per person was calculated on 420 hypertension patients with complete hospitalization data in one county from January 201 1 to December 2014.Influential factors of hospitalization expenses were analyzed with test,variance analysis,and multiple linear regressions.Results:In 420 cases,the number of total costs in hospital was 2 260 130 RMB and the highest portion was the drug (67.79%).Analyses by single factor showed that hospi-talization expenses were associated with the follow factors:age,career,the proportion of drugs,hospitalized days(P <0.05). Hospitalized days and age were the crucial factors that affect the hospitalization expenses with hypertension patients. Conclusion:To reduce the hospitalization expenses of hypertension patients with the guarantee of treatment quality,it is significant to reduce the days of hospitalization,decrease the unessential and unreasonable drug using.
