采用粉末冶金技术,在 Mo-W-Co 合金中添加不同质量分数的碳,研究碳含量对 Mo-W-Co 合金组织性能的影响。实验结果表明:碳含量对合金硬度的影响不大;在一定范围内,Mo-W-Co 合金的塑性随合金碳含量的增加呈先增后减趋势,碳含量为1%时合金塑性最好;在真空烧结过程中,碳和基体钼形成影响合金组织与性能的关键相 Mo2 C。

The effects of different addition of carbon on Mo-W-Co alloy with powder metallurgy technology were studied,the microstructure and properties of Mo-W-Co alloy with carbon in different mass fraction were dis-cussed.The results showed that the carbon content had little effects on the hardness of the alloy;within a certain range,with the increase of the carbon content,the plastic Mo-W-Co alloy showed a tendency to decrease after the first increase,and when the carbon content reached 1%,the plasticity of alloy was the best;in the process of vacuum sinte-ring,Mo2 C will be formed with carbon and molybdenum,which is a key phase determines the structures and proper-ties of alloy.
