目的：：探讨临床护理路径在儿科临床护理中的应用效果。方法：通过制定护理临床路径表，并组织实施，对比实施前后病区不良事件发生率、患儿的平均住院费用、患儿/家属对疾病相关知识掌握程度。结果：实施临床护理路径后，患儿平均住院费用下降，医疗不良事件的发生减少，患儿/家属对疾病相关知识掌握情况有不同程度提高。结论：临床护理路径的实施，减少了医疗安全隐患，使护患关系和谐，可降低病人的经济负担，减少政府的财政支出，顺应了医院、患者和社会的需求，适合推广应用。
목적：：탐토림상호리로경재인과림상호리중적응용효과。방법：통과제정호리림상로경표，병조직실시，대비실시전후병구불량사건발생솔、환인적평균주원비용、환인/가속대질병상관지식장악정도。결과：실시림상호리로경후，환인평균주원비용하강，의료불량사건적발생감소，환인/가속대질병상관지식장악정황유불동정도제고。결론：림상호리로경적실시，감소료의료안전은환，사호환관계화해，가강저병인적경제부담，감소정부적재정지출，순응료의원、환자화사회적수구，괄합추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in pediatrics depart-ment.Methods:Create clinical pathway table of nursing and put it into effect,compare the incidence of adverse events ,the average hospitalization cost of the child patients,child patients'and families'acquaintance degree of knowledge related diseases in inpatients areas.Results:With the implementation of clinical nursing path-way,the overage hospitalization cost of the child patients had decreased,the incidence of medical adverse e-vents had decreases,child patients'and families'acquaintance degree of knowledge related diseases in inpa-tients areas had improved to various extent.Conclusion:With the implementation of clinical nursing pathway, potential medical safety risk has been reduced,and the relationship between the nurse and the patients has be-come more harmony,reduce patients'financial burden and governmental fiscal expenditure,it conforms to the demand of hospitals ,patients and society,it is worthy of popularization and application.
