目的：观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)与银锌霜联合治疗慢性溃疡创面的效果。方法58例慢性溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组30例对其创面应用重组人表皮生长因子与银锌霜治疗,对照组28例采用传统方法治疗,比较两组的创面愈合时间。结果观察组平均创面愈合时间(23.0±2.4)d 短于对照组(35.0±2.5)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人表皮生长因子与银锌霜联合治疗慢性溃疡创面能加速愈合。

목적：관찰중조인표피생장인자(rhEGF)여은자상연합치료만성궤양창면적효과。방법58례만성궤양환자,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조30례대기창면응용중조인표피생장인자여은자상치료,대조조28례채용전통방법치료,비교량조적창면유합시간。결과관찰조평균창면유합시간(23.0±2.4)d 단우대조조(35.0±2.5)d,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론중조인표피생장인자여은자상연합치료만성궤양창면능가속유합。
Objective To observe effect by recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) combined with silver zinc emulsion in the treatment of chronic ulcer. Methods A total of 58 chronic ulcer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group with 30 cases received recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with silver zinc emulsion for treatment, and the control group with 28 cases received traditional method for treatment. Wound healing time was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter wound healing time as (23.0±2.4)d than (35.0±2.5) d of the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with silver zinc emulsion can quicken wound healing in treating chronic ulcer.
