目的:制订和实施科学的绩效考核方案,提高药学部职工工作效率和服务质量,改善学部管理水平。方法明确、细化药学部各岗位职责及考核标准,由学部质量管理小组定期考核职工工作成效,考核结果与个人奖金挂钩。结果通过实施新的绩效考核方案,拉开各部门、各岗位之间的奖金分配差距,实现公平公正,职工的工作效率、药学服务满意率明显提高(P<0.05),劳动纪律明显改善(P<0.01),处方合格率达到99%,差错事故发生率和投诉次数显著下降(P<0.01)。结论新绩效考核方案的实施有助于提高我院整体药学服务水平和药事管理水平。

ObjectiveEstablishing and implementing the scientific performance appraisal protocol to improve the work efficiency and service quality of pharmacy staff and improve the department's management level.Method Confirm and refine the responsibility and performance evaluation standards of each position. The outcome was examinated regularly by the department quality management organization, which is linked to personal bonus.Result It appeared that the bonus distribution of each position was differentiated with implementing the new protocol, achieving a fair and just. The staff's work efficiency and pharmaceutical care satisfaction were improved significantly (P<0.05).The labor discipline was obviously improved as well(P<0.01). The qualified rate of prescription reached 99%, and the dispensing error rate and complaints significantly reduced (P<0.01).ConclusionsThe implementation of the new performance appraisal program helps to improve our overall pharmaceutical service level and management level.
