牙齿中微量元素可以指示人体营养、环境污染、重金属暴露和疾病等多方面信息。电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP -MS)目前已成为测定牙齿微量元素的主要分析技术。本文就国内外牙齿微量元素ICP - MS 研究现状及展望作一综述。

Useful information can be obtained from trace elements in the teeth,such as human nutrition,environmental pollution,ex-posure to toxic metals and disease information. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)is becoming the main analyti-cal technique for determining the trace elements in human tooth enamel,with the advantages of quasi-simultaneous multi-element detec-tion,excellent detection limits,wide linear detection range,isotopic analyses and ratio information,efficient ionization,simple interpreta-tion of mass spectra,etc. In this paper,research progresses for determination of trace elements and isotope ratios in human tooth enamel by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)are summarized. At the end of this paper,the promising future research di-rections are proposed.
