目的：分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的86例子宫肌瘤患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，研究组患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗，对照组患者采用开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果及并发症情况。结果研究组患者的术中出血量明显少于对照组，研究组患者肛门排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。研究组患者并发症发生的几率低于对照组患者，有统计学意义。结论采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗子宫肌瘤，治疗的效果优于开腹肌瘤剥除术，而且对患者造成的创伤小，恢复快，术后并发症较少。

Objective to analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of laparoscopic uterine fibroids and the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methodsa total of 86 patients with uterine fibroids were treated in our hospital and randomLy assigned to the study group and the control group, patients in the study group with laparoscopic uterine fibroids stripping operation treatment, in the control group were treated with open surgery of uterine fibroids stripping therapy observed two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and complications of the situation.Resultspatients in the study group was bleeding was less than that of the control group, patients in the study group, anal exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group, significant difference (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion the laparoscopic uterine myoma resection in the treatment of uterine fibroids, the treatment effect is better than open leiomyoma stripping resection, and the patients caused by trauma, quick recovery, postoperative less complications.
