目的:研究探讨用含有双歧杆菌辅食喂养对剖宫产儿肠道菌群的生长、繁殖、代谢以及定植等生理特征的影响,扩大双歧杆菌在医学治疗上的使用范围。方法通过剖宫产出生的220例婴儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组110例。对照组采用常规的喂养配方,观察组采用含有双歧杆菌的辅食进行喂养,对照两组剖宫产儿的具体的生理特征变化。结果两组剖宫产儿生理特征的变化比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将双歧杆菌加入剖宫产儿的辅食中进行喂养,可以促进肠道菌群的生长、繁殖、代谢以及定植,减少湿疹、过敏性鼻炎、哮喘、便秘、腹泻、湿肺的发生率,值得在临床上广泛推广。

목적:연구탐토용함유쌍기간균보식위양대부궁산인장도균군적생장、번식、대사이급정식등생리특정적영향,확대쌍기간균재의학치료상적사용범위。방법통과부궁산출생적220례영인,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조110례。대조조채용상규적위양배방,관찰조채용함유쌍기간균적보식진행위양,대조량조부궁산인적구체적생리특정변화。결과량조부궁산인생리특정적변화비교,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론장쌍기간균가입부궁산인적보식중진행위양,가이촉진장도균군적생장、번식、대사이급정식,감소습진、과민성비염、효천、편비、복사、습폐적발생솔,치득재림상상엄범추엄。
Objective To research and investigate influence by bifidobacterium complementary food on physiological characteristics of growth, reproduction, metabolism, and colonization in cesarean delivery infants intestinal flora, and to enlarge application area of bifidobacterium in medical treatment. Methods A total of 220 cesarean delivery infants were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 110 cases in each group. The control group received conventional feeding method, and the observation group received bifidobacterium complementary food. Changes of physiological characteristics were compared between the two groups. Results There was statistical significance in difference of changes of physiological characteristics between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of bifidobacterium complementary food can promote growth, reproduction, metabolism, and colonization in cesarean delivery infants intestinal flora, and reduce incidences of eczema, allergic rhinitis, asthma, constipation, diarrhea, and wet lung. It is worthy of widely clinical promotion.
