目的:分析磁共振血管成像技术(MRA)对烟雾病(MMD)的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2014年6月在该院住院并治疗的34例MMD患者资料,并对比MRA及数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)对MMD的诊断价值。结果MMD在41~50岁为发病高峰年龄段,但无性别差异;疾病类型包括缺血型14例,占41.2%;出血型18例,占52.9%,缺血出血混合型1例,占2.9%,癫痫型1例,占2.9%;MRA及DSA检查在诊断MMD方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MMD发病无性别差异,41~50岁为MMD高峰年龄段,主要表现为缺血型及出血型,MRA在诊断MMD方面与DSA并无明显差异,可作为诊断此类疾病的有效手段。

Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of MRI vascular imaging (MRA) in moyamoya disease (MMD). Methods A retrospective analysis of treatment data of 34 patients with MMD in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014, and compared the value of MRA cerebral angiography and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of MMD. Results The age peak of incidence for MMD was in 41 - 50 years old, but no gender differences; Disease types including 14 ischemic cases, accounted for 41.2%; 18 hemorrhagic cases, accounting for 52.9%, 1 case with ischemia and hemorrhagic mixed, accounted for 2.9%, epilepsy type 1 case, 2.9%;MRA and DSA examination in the diagnosis of MMD has no statistically differences (P>0.05). Conclusion MMD has no gender differences, and the age peak of incidence for MMD is in 41- 50 years old, and mainly showed as ischemia and hemorrhagic. MRA and DSA have no significant differences in the diagnosis of MMD. It can be used as an effec-tive method for diagnosis of this kind of diseases.
