文章针对多品种小批量生产车间内部物流效率低下这一问题,采用改进后的SLP方法,加入预测产量、运输难度及产品利润贡献率等因素,对车间进行设施布置设计得到备选方案;然后利用AHP方法,建立递阶层次模型,构造判断矩阵,采用方根法计算权重,再进行一致性检验,层次总排序,最后获得最优的布局方案。

This paper takes the low logistic efficient problem in the workshops which manufacture the Muti-varieties and Small-batch production as the research object, makes two alternatives with the improved SLP considering the predicting production, the difficulty of the transportation and the profit contribution degree. Then it uses the method of AHP to evaluate, set up the hierarchical structure model, construct the judgment matrix, calculate the weight with the square root method and make consistency examination, finally, calculate the combination weight of alternatives, get the optimal layout scheme.
