目的：分析温肾健脾汤辅助临床治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的应用效果。方法将符合纳入标准的84例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各432例。治疗组与对照组均进行常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，服用温肾健脾汤治疗（主要药物：黄精15g，琥珀12g，何首乌15g，仙灵脾15g，煅牡蛎12g，白芍12g，土茯苓12g等）。结果两组临床疗效比较治疗组取得总有效率为85.72%；对照组取得总有效率为61.91%，二者比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。两组治疗前后肾功能及生活质量得到明显改善，且应用安全。结论温肾健脾汤辅助临床治疗慢性肾功能衰竭可取得显著的康复效果。
목적：분석온신건비탕보조림상치료만성신공능쇠갈적응용효과。방법장부합납입표준적84례환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조각432례。치료조여대조조균진행상규치료，치료조재상규치료적기출상，복용온신건비탕치료（주요약물：황정15g，호박12g，하수오15g，선령비15g，단모려12g，백작12g，토복령12g등）。결과량조림상료효비교치료조취득총유효솔위85.72%；대조조취득총유효솔위61.91%，이자비교유현저성차이（P＜0.01）。량조치료전후신공능급생활질량득도명현개선，차응용안전。결론온신건비탕보조림상치료만성신공능쇠갈가취득현저적강복효과。
