目的：利用较为独特、有效的祖国传统医药学的理论与方法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死，并将其临床效果进行观察研究。方法收集我院2012年5月至2015年2月40例股骨头缺血性坏死的患者病例，采用中医综合疗法进行治疗。结果患者股骨头坏死症状改善效果明显；治疗前后髋关节功能评分改善幅度大。结论中药的活血化瘀、标本兼治，能改善因股骨头静脉回流受阻而引起股骨头内压增高水肿等症状，实践证明中医药治疗此病的前景较广阔。

목적：이용교위독특、유효적조국전통의약학적이론여방법치료고골두결혈성배사，병장기림상효과진행관찰연구。방법수집아원2012년5월지2015년2월40례고골두결혈성배사적환자병례，채용중의종합요법진행치료。결과환자고골두배사증상개선효과명현；치료전후관관절공능평분개선폭도대。결론중약적활혈화어、표본겸치，능개선인고골두정맥회류수조이인기고골두내압증고수종등증상，실천증명중의약치료차병적전경교엄활。
Objective Using more unique and effective traditional Chinese medicine theory and method for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and the clinical effects were observed and studied.Methodsfrom May 2015 to February 2012, 40 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head were collected and treated by TCM Comprehensive therapy. Results the symptoms of the patients with femoral head necrosis were significantly improved, and the improvement rate of hip joint function score before and after treatment was improved.Conclusionthe traditional Chinese medicine, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, specimen and cure, improve due to femoral head vein reflux blocked and induced femoral head increased pressure inside the symptoms such as edema. Practice has proved that the wide prospect of Chinese medicine to treat the disease.
