目的：评价中药肾康胶囊的检验标准及药理作用。方法选取在我院住院的CRF患者84例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各42例，两组在基础治疗下，治疗组加用中药肾康胶囊治疗（主要药物：巴戟天12g，知母12g，黄柏12g，当归12g，焦大黄10g），一次4粒，一日3次；对照组基础治疗同治疗组，并予以口服爱西特，1日3次，每次4粒。两组疗程为3个月，治疗3个疗程观察疗效。结果两组治疗的效果比较：两组经系统治疗3个疗程后，治疗组取得总有效率85.72%，对照组为61.91%，经非参数Riddx检验，两组之间比较疗效存在显著差异(﹡P<0.01)。结论中药肾康胶囊的制备工艺简便，质量易于控制，治疗CRF的药理作用明显，对临床防治CRF具有显著效果。
목적：평개중약신강효낭적검험표준급약리작용。방법선취재아원주원적CRF환자84례，수궤분위치료조여대조조각42례，량조재기출치료하，치료조가용중약신강효낭치료（주요약물：파극천12g，지모12g，황백12g，당귀12g，초대황10g），일차4립，일일3차；대조조기출치료동치료조，병여이구복애서특，1일3차，매차4립。량조료정위3개월，치료3개료정관찰료효。결과량조치료적효과비교：량조경계통치료3개료정후，치료조취득총유효솔85.72%，대조조위61.91%，경비삼수Riddx검험，량조지간비교료효존재현저차이(﹡P<0.01)。결론중약신강효낭적제비공예간편，질량역우공제，치료CRF적약리작용명현，대림상방치CRF구유현저효과。
Objective to evaluate the test standards and pharmacological effects of Chinese herbal medicine capsules. Methods in 84 cases of CRF patients hospitalized in our hospital, were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group of 42 cases, two groups in treatment, the treatment group plus traditional Chinese medicine kidney Kang Capsule in the treatment of drugs (mainly: morinda root 12g, Anemarrhena 12g, phellodendron bark 12g, angelica 12g, Jiao Dahuang 10g), 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day; the control group and treatment group, and be oral charcoal, 1 3 times a day, 4 capsules each time. The two groups were treated for 3 months, and the curative effect was observed in 3 courses.Resultsthe effect of treatment in the two groups: in the two groups after treatment of 3 courses, the treatment group made the total efficiency 85.72%and 61.91% in the control group, the nonparametric Riddx test, between the two groups curative effect comparison exists significant difference (*P < 0.01).Conclusionthe preparation process of Chinese medicine capsule is simple, the quality is easy to control, and the pharmacological effect of CRF is obvious, and it has significant effect on the clinical treatment of CRF.
