为开发环境友好型农药剂型及解决植物源农药易失活问题,采用原位聚合法,以豚草提取物为囊芯物质、脲醛树脂为囊壁材料,制备豚草提取物脲醛树脂微胶囊。结果表明:制备豚草提取物脲醛树脂微胶囊最优配比方案为尿素与甲醛质量比1.0:2.5,芯壁比1:2,酸化时间1 h,乳化时间80 min。制得的微胶囊形状规则、表面光滑、无杂质、包覆完全。微胶囊中位径为18.56μm,大部分粒径分布在19.34~32.09μm之间。豚草提取物脲醛树脂微胶囊的缓释效果优于豚草提取物。

For the sake of developing environment friendly formulation of pesticides and solving botanical pesticide inactiva-tion problem, Ambrosia artemisiifolia extractive urea resin microcapsule whose core material and wall material were the Am-brosia artemisiifolia extractive and urea resin was prepared by in-situ polymerization.The result showed that optimal pro-portion scheme of preparing Ambrosia artemisiifolia extractive urea resin microcapsule was mass ratio of urea and mass ratio 1.0:2.5, ratio of core to wall 1:2, acidification time 1 h, emulsification time 80 min, respectively.The prepared micro-capsule had regular shape, smooth surface, no impurities and coated completely.The median diameter of microcapsule was 18.56 μm.Most of particle size distributed between 19.34μm and 32.09μm.The slow-release effect of Ambrosia arte-misiifolia extractive urea resin microcapsule was superior to Ambrosia artemisiifolia extractive.
