目的：评价“头脑风暴法”健康宣教对提高IgA肾病患者护理干预的效果。方法：将140例IgA肾病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(头脑风暴法宣教组)和对照组(常规宣教组)，每组各70例。出院前1 d对两组自我管理能力及疾病知识掌握度进行评价，出院后6个月比较两组疾病复发率。结果：干预后，观察组患者自我管理能力评分，包括自我监测(2.62±0.84)、疾病知识掌握(2.54±0.68)及核心管理能力(2.71±0.77)方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者疾病知识掌握度比较，差异均有统计意义(P<0.01)；健康宣教后，对照组复发率为22.9%，观察组复发率为5.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：“头脑风暴法”健康宣教能提高IgA肾病患者自我管理能力和疾病知识掌握度，降低疾病复发率，值得临床推广。
목적：평개“두뇌풍폭법”건강선교대제고IgA신병환자호리간예적효과。방법：장140례IgA신병환자안수궤수자표법분위관찰조(두뇌풍폭법선교조)화대조조(상규선교조)，매조각70례。출원전1 d대량조자아관리능력급질병지식장악도진행평개，출원후6개월비교량조질병복발솔。결과：간예후，관찰조환자자아관리능력평분，포괄자아감측(2.62±0.84)、질병지식장악(2.54±0.68)급핵심관리능력(2.71±0.77)방면균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조환자질병지식장악도비교，차이균유통계의의(P<0.01)；건강선교후，대조조복발솔위22.9%，관찰조복발솔위5.7%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론：“두뇌풍폭법”건강선교능제고IgA신병환자자아관리능력화질병지식장악도，강저질병복발솔，치득림상추엄。
Objective To assess the improvement of nursing care to IgA nephropathy patients by health education with brainstorm. Methods: 140 IgA patients were divided randomly into control group, performing general health education, and observation group, performing health education with brainstorm. Self-management ability and knowledge of disease levels were evaluated at the day before being discharge, and 6 months after discharse the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter intervention, self -management ability of, observation group was better than control group in self-monitoring (2.62 ± 0.84), illness awareness (2.54 ±0.68) and the core management ability (2.71 ± 0.77), there were statistical differences between two groups (P< 0.05). The recurrence vvate,in control group was 22.9% and in observation group was 5.7%,(P<0.01). ConclusionHealth education with brainstorm is very helpful to improve self-management ability and knowledge level of disease and,lower the recurrence rate in IgA riepbropathy patients and it is worth popularizing.
