以花荵茎基部新抽出的侧芽为外植体,研究影响组培快繁的因素,结果表明:最适启动培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg· L-1+NAA0.05 mg· L-1;最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg· L-1+NAA0.15 mg· L-1,平均增殖系数3.6;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg· L-1,生根率97.78%;最佳移栽基质为河沙,移栽成活率为96.67%。
以花荵莖基部新抽齣的側芽為外植體,研究影響組培快繁的因素,結果錶明:最適啟動培養基為MS+6-BA1.0 mg· L-1+NAA0.05 mg· L-1;最適增殖培養基為MS+6-BA 2.0 mg· L-1+NAA0.15 mg· L-1,平均增殖繫數3.6;最適生根培養基為1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg· L-1,生根率97.78%;最佳移栽基質為河沙,移栽成活率為96.67%。

The factors which affected tissue culture and rapid propagation was researched by choosing the lateral bud from basal part of stem of Polemonium chinensis.The result showed that the optimum initial medium was MS+6-BA1.0 mg· L-1+NAA0.05 mg· L-1 .The optimum multiplying culture was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg· L-1 +NAA0.15 mg· L-1 .The average proliferation coefficient was 3.6.The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg· L-1 .The rooting per-centage was 97.78%.The best transplanting substrate was river sand.The survival rate of transplanting was 96.67%.
