The seed of Fraxinus mandshurica was treated by alternating temperature.The emergence rate was more than 95%when the seed sowed in spring.The average seedling height of two years was 12.9 cm and 15.0 cm, respectively. The average ground diameter was 5.1 mm and 6.0 mm, respectively.Most of nursery stock reached Ⅰ、Ⅱ level standard and it can be used in forestation directly.
