湖北尹家畈金矿位于鄂南丘陵山地与江汉平原的过渡地带，大地构造位置处于扬子准地台下扬子台坪大冶台褶带梁子湖凹陷，属燕山期金、银、铅、锌成矿带（Ⅲ）嘉鱼———蒲圻金铜成矿区（Ⅳ）。文中介绍了其地质特征，对其成因类型及找矿标志、找矿方向进行了探讨。

Hubei Yinjiafan gold mine is located in the transition zone of the hilly mountain and Jianghan plain. The tectonic location is in Liangzi lake sag, Daye platform fold belt, Yangtze platform under Yangtze quasi platform, belonging to Yanshanian gold, silver, lead and zinc mineralization belt (Ⅲ) Jiayu-Puqi gold copper metallogenic (Ⅳ). This paper introduces the geological features, and discusses the genetic types and prospecting marks and prospecting direction.
