构建和推广自主化、独立化、个性化的终身学习平台,实现资源整合,满足移动学习要求,是建立终身学习网的目标和方向。对终身教育平台的政策支持、资源架构、推广模式进行分析,研究优势与不足。运用Web3.0理念完善终身学习平台的功能架构,介绍相关案例的应用与推广,使终身学习平台操作性进一步增强,人机交互能力、智能学习功能、移动学习方式得以实现。

The goal and direction of the lifelong learning network is to construct and promote autonomic, independent and individual lifelong learning platform and to achieve the integration of resources and lifelong learning requirements of the mobile learning characteristics. Policy support, resource structure and promotion model of the lifelong education platform were analyzed in the paper, especially its advantages and disadvantag?es. With the idea of Web3.0, the functional architecture of lifelong learning platform was improved and the ap?plication and promotion of related cases were introduced as well. By that, the operation of lifelong learning net?work was enhanced so that human-computer interaction, intelligent retrieval and mobile learning were achieved.
