目的::探讨超氧化物歧化酶对放射性食管损伤的临床价值。方法:选取某院2010年1月~2014年10月收治的80例胸部肿瘤患者,随机分组观察研究。观察组:应用超氧化物歧化酶;阴性对照组:应用生理盐水;阳性对照组:应用康复新。观察对比各组临床疗效。结果:80例患者均顺利完成治疗。观察组严重程度显著低于阴性及阳性对照组(χ2=9.552,P=0.004);观察组食管反应主要出现在40~60 Gy,放射损伤耐受剂量明显高于对照组(P=0.015,t=8.49)。结论:超氧化物歧化酶能有效减轻和推迟胸部肿瘤放射性食管损伤的发生,有效减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,保证放疗的顺利进行。

목적::탐토초양화물기화매대방사성식관손상적림상개치。방법:선취모원2010년1월~2014년10월수치적80례흉부종류환자,수궤분조관찰연구。관찰조:응용초양화물기화매;음성대조조:응용생리염수;양성대조조:응용강복신。관찰대비각조림상료효。결과:80례환자균순리완성치료。관찰조엄중정도현저저우음성급양성대조조(χ2=9.552,P=0.004);관찰조식관반응주요출현재40~60 Gy,방사손상내수제량명현고우대조조(P=0.015,t=8.49)。결론:초양화물기화매능유효감경화추지흉부종류방사성식관손상적발생,유효감경환자통고,제고생활질량,보증방료적순리진행。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of superoxide dismutase (SOD)to radioactive esopha-geal injury.Methods:Select 80 patients with chest tumor received in some hospital during the period from January 2010 to October 2010 ,group them randomly and make observation on them.the observation group were treated with superoxide dismutase while the negative control group were treated with saline and the positive control group applied kangfuxin.Observe and compare the clinical curative in each group.Results:All the 80 patients finished the treatment successfully .The severity of the observation group was significantly inferior to that of the positive and the negative control group (χ2=9.552,P=0.004);esophageal reaction mainly occurred in observation group when dose ranging within 40-60 Gy ,the tolerated dose of radioactive injury was significantly higher than that in control group (P=0.015,t=8.49).Conclusion:Superoxide dismu-tase can effectively weaken and and postpone the breakout of radioactive esophageal inj ury of chest tumor ,ef-fectively alleviate patients'suffering,improve their quality of life,and ensure radiotherapy can go on smooth-ly .
