本试验就赤芍、白芍对LPS炎症小鼠血液生理指标的影响差异进行了比较研究。结果表明：赤芍、白芍可减轻LPS炎症对红细胞的损伤，降低白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞（NEUT）及淋巴细胞（LYM）的增高；赤芍显著增高小鼠血红蛋白（HGB）和降低WBC、NEUT的时间早于白芍，但白芍对LPS炎症小鼠LYM的降低作用更明显。
본시험취적작、백작대LPS염증소서혈액생리지표적영향차이진행료비교연구。결과표명：적작、백작가감경LPS염증대홍세포적손상，강저백세포（WBC）、중성립세포（NEUT）급림파세포（LYM）적증고；적작현저증고소서혈홍단백（HGB）화강저WBC、NEUT적시간조우백작，단백작대LPS염증소서LYM적강저작용경명현。
The effects of radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba on hematology in in-flammation mice induced by LPS were compared in this paper. The results indicated that both radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba could relieve the damage of red blood cells and inhibit the increase of WBC, NUET and LYM in inflammation induced by LPS. The time of radix paeoniae rubra increasing HGB,decreasing WBC and NEUT obviously in inflammatory mice was earlier than the time of radix paeoniae alba. The effect of radix paeoniae alba on decreasing LYM was more ob-vious than that of radix paeoniae rubra.
