In terms of regional distribution, industrial structure and enterprise category, the paper firstly conducts an in-depth analysis on the characteristics of China’s foreign direct investment, project contracting and failed transaction projects in the countries alongside the Silk Road, then evaluates objectively the investment risks in the countries alongside the Silk Road, and finally puts forward some elementary policy suggestions.
