为探寻不同缓解方式对炔草酯引起的小麦药害的缓解效果,于11月17日对大田小麦喷施炔草酯后,分2个时期(11月27日、次年3月2日)喷施9种缓解剂,于特定时间分别调查小麦的株高、产量等指标;次年(3月3日喷施炔草酯,3月10日喷施各缓解剂)对试验结果进行验证。结果表明,喷施炔草酯有效成分240 g/hm2后,小麦株高、穗粒数、千粒质量分别比空白对照减少15.99%、25.52%、12.55%,最终小麦减产34.34%,而药害早期喷施丙酰芸苔素内酯处理穗粒数、千粒质量、产量较炔草酯对照分别增加了27.28%、13.17%、47.47%(初筛);喷施炔草酯有效成分180 g/hm2后,小麦产量下降22.33%,而药害早期喷施丙酰芸苔素内酯处理小麦叶片叶绿素含量较炔草酯对照提高了5.87%,产量增加了25.13%(验证)。数据表明,药害早期喷施丙酰芸苔素内酯对炔草酯引起的小麦减产可起到相对理想的补救效果。

In order to explore the mitigation effects of various relief measures on the phytotoxicity of clodi-nafop-propargyl in wheat,nine antidotes were sprayed respectively in two periods( November 27,March 2 in the next year) after spraying clodinafop-propargyl in wheat field on November 17,and some indicators such as plant height,production of wheat and so on separately at a certain time were then surveyed.The remedial effects of the test was validated in the following year( spraying clodinafop-propargyl on March 3, and spraying antidotes on March 10) .The results showed that after spraying 240 g/ha of clodinafop-pro-pargyl(active ingredient),the plant height,seeds per ear and 1 000-seed weight of wheat were reduced by 15.99%,25.52%and 12.55%compared to those of the blank control respectively,and the overall yield of wheat was lessened by 34.34%.However,the seeds per ear,1 000-seed weight and the wheat produc-tion of spraying BR treatment in the early days of the phytotoxicity were higher than those of the control treated with clodinafop-propargyl by 27.28%,13.17% and 47.47%(the screening test for the first time) .The yield was reduced by 22.33%after spraying 180 g/ha of clodinafop-propargyl ( active ingre-dient) ,but the leaf SPAD value and the wheat production of spraying BR treatment in the early days of the phytotoxicity were higher than those of the control treated with clodinafop-propargyl by 5 .87% and 25 .13%( the validation test ) .The data showed that spraying BR in the early days of the phytotoxicity could achieve relatively ideal remedial effect on the inhibition of clodinafop-propargyl phytotoxicity to the wheat production.
