乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂二套常减压装置在加工高硫原油时，工艺设备和管道腐蚀严重。为此，采取了综合防腐蚀技术，收到了较好的效果：除了工艺“一脱三注”和采取原油分储分炼外，还在设备选材和材料表面处理方面采取了很多措施，如换热器管束渗铝；用ND钢制作空气预热器；用0Cr18Ni10Ti制作管束和16MnR+0Cr18Ni10Ti复合板制作壳体，减压塔采用20g+1Cr13和20g+316L以抗高温硫、环烷酸腐蚀等。另外在一些设备的表面采取涂敷防腐涂料的措施。
烏魯木齊石化公司煉油廠二套常減壓裝置在加工高硫原油時，工藝設備和管道腐蝕嚴重。為此，採取瞭綜閤防腐蝕技術，收到瞭較好的效果：除瞭工藝“一脫三註”和採取原油分儲分煉外，還在設備選材和材料錶麵處理方麵採取瞭很多措施，如換熱器管束滲鋁；用ND鋼製作空氣預熱器；用0Cr18Ni10Ti製作管束和16MnR+0Cr18Ni10Ti複閤闆製作殼體，減壓塔採用20g+1Cr13和20g+316L以抗高溫硫、環烷痠腐蝕等。另外在一些設備的錶麵採取塗敷防腐塗料的措施。

When processing high-sulfur crude oil of two sets of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit of Urumqi Petrochemical Company Urumqi Refinery, the equipment and pipeline corrosion is serious. For this, they adopted the comprehensive anti-corrosion technology which had received a good result. In addition to the process of one-removal and three-implantation and taken to storage and refining of crude oil, they also had taken many measures in selecting equipment and material surface treatment, such as aluminized heat exchanger tube bundles, producing air preheater with ND steel, making tube bundles with 0Cr18Ni10Ti and making shells with 16MnR+0Cr18Ni10Ti composite panels, vacuum tower using 20g+1Cr13 and 20g+316L for high temperature sulfur resistance and naphthenic acid corrosion. In addition, they coated anticorrosion coatings in the surface of some equipments.
