以嵌合抗原受体为基础的细胞免疫治疗已成为治疗恶性肿瘤的一种新策略。其主要特点是通过基因修饰获得携带识别肿瘤抗原特异性受体 T 细胞并赋予 T 细胞靶向杀伤活性的个性化治疗方法。与传统的 T 细胞免疫疗法相比，嵌合抗原受体可以通过增加共刺激分子信号从而增强 T 细胞抗肿瘤的杀伤性，并可克服肿瘤局部免疫抑制微环境和打破宿主免疫耐受状态，随着转化医学研究的不断深入，基于嵌合抗原受体的免疫治疗新策略会给肿瘤患者带来新的希望。

Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)based immunotherapy has been an emerging therapeutic modality for malig-nant tumor. By the use of genetic modification techniques,effector T cells have better properties with regard to targeting,Killing activity and durability than immunocytes of conventional application. And compared to other T cells immunotherapy strategy, CAR - T cells can overcome the local immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and breaK the immune tolerance in host. It is believed that CAR will bring promising news to cancer patients,as the researches continue and the techniques improve.
