药物毒理学是一门基础与应用并重的学科，针对药物毒理学的教学现状，将问题式学习与案例教学法相结合的教学模式引入药物毒理学教学中，激发了学生的学习兴趣，提高了学生自主思考问题、解决问题的能力，改变了学生被动接受知识的习惯，培养了学生的创新能力和科研精神，达到了良好的教学效果。

Drug toxicology is a basic and applied subject. According to the current situation of drug toxicology,problem based learning(PLM)combined with case based learning is introduced into drug toxicology teaching.
