目的：探讨临床药师在肺间质病变患者临床治疗中的药学服务模式。方法对临床药师参与治疗的1例弥漫性肺间质病变的典型复杂病例进行报告分析。结果通过临床药师参与患者的治疗过程，提供临床药学服务，提高了药物治疗的安全性、有效性，并避免了药物不良事件的发生。结论在重症患者的治疗中，临床药师应积极参与临床治疗方案的制定与调整，开展药学监护，从而促进临床合理用药。
目的：探討臨床藥師在肺間質病變患者臨床治療中的藥學服務模式。方法對臨床藥師參與治療的1例瀰漫性肺間質病變的典型複雜病例進行報告分析。結果通過臨床藥師參與患者的治療過程，提供臨床藥學服務，提高瞭藥物治療的安全性、有效性，併避免瞭藥物不良事件的髮生。結論在重癥患者的治療中，臨床藥師應積極參與臨床治療方案的製定與調整，開展藥學鑑護，從而促進臨床閤理用藥。
목적：탐토림상약사재폐간질병변환자림상치료중적약학복무모식。방법대림상약사삼여치료적1례미만성폐간질병변적전형복잡병례진행보고분석。결과통과림상약사삼여환자적치료과정，제공림상약학복무，제고료약물치료적안전성、유효성，병피면료약물불량사건적발생。결론재중증환자적치료중，림상약사응적겁삼여림상치료방안적제정여조정，개전약학감호，종이촉진림상합리용약。
Objective To investigate the mode of clinical pharmacists participating in the treatment of patients with pulmonary interstitial disease. Methods Analysis of 1 typical and complex case of acute diffuse pulmonary interstitial dis-orders which clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment. Results Through the clinical pharmacists to participating in the process,providing clinical pharmacy services,the medication safety and efficacy were improved,and the occurrence of adverse drug events was avoided. Conclusion In the treatment of critically ill patients,clinical pharmacists should actively participate in the development of clinical treatment and adjustment,to carry out pharmaceutical care,so as to promote clini-cal rational drug use.
