目的:研究对比穿心莲软胶囊与穿心莲片的药理作用及穿心莲软胶囊的毒性。方法:本文以大鼠为实验对象,分别对大鼠使用细菌脂多糖进行发热实验、啤酒酵母能够辅助发热实验进行,穿心莲胶囊对发热大鼠使用后,能够起到散热效果,并对数据进行观察;此外,对小鼠采用角叉菜胶进行肿胀实验,二甲苯与醋酸辅助肿胀实验进行,增加小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性,之后对小鼠使用穿心莲胶囊,对肿胀小鼠的抗炎症效果进行分析观察。结果:穿心莲软胶囊的散热作用明显高于穿心莲片,中剂量的穿心莲软胶囊的消炎作用显著高于穿心莲片,P<0.05。研究发现,小鼠的每日最大毒性耐受量是110.25 g/kg,是成人日用量的525倍。结论:穿心莲软胶囊具备良好的散热和抗炎作用,而且没有明显的毒副作用。

목적:연구대비천심련연효낭여천심련편적약리작용급천심련연효낭적독성。방법:본문이대서위실험대상,분별대대서사용세균지다당진행발열실험、비주효모능구보조발열실험진행,천심련효낭대발열대서사용후,능구기도산열효과,병대수거진행관찰;차외,대소서채용각차채효진행종창실험,이갑분여작산보조종창실험진행,증가소서복강모세혈관적통투성,지후대소서사용천심련효낭,대종창소서적항염증효과진행분석관찰。결과:천심련연효낭적산열작용명현고우천심련편,중제량적천심련연효낭적소염작용현저고우천심련편,P<0.05。연구발현,소서적매일최대독성내수량시110.25 g/kg,시성인일용량적525배。결론:천심련연효낭구비량호적산열화항염작용,이차몰유명현적독부작용。
Objective:To study and compare the pharmacological effects of andrographis soft capsules and andrographis Tablet and toxicity of andrographis soft capsules. Methods: Rats were taken as the experimental objects. Lipopolysaccharide was used fot the fever experiment and beer yeast was the assistant in the fever experiment. After the fever experiment, andrographis capsules were given to the fever rats to dissipate heat and the data were observed. In addition, swelling experiments on mice were done by carrageenan, with xylene and acetic acid as the assistant. The peritoneal capillary permeability of the mice were increased. And then andrographis capsules was used to resist inflammation and the anti-inflammatory effect was observed. Results: The effect dissipating heat of andrographis soft capsules was significantly higher than that of andrographis tablets and the anti-inflammatory effect of andrographis soft capsules in middle dose was significantly higher than that of andrographis tablets,P<0.05. It was found that the daily maximum toxicity tolerance in mice is 110.25 g/kg which is 525 times of adult dosage. Conclusion: Andrographis soft capsules have good heat-dissipating and anti-inflammatory effect and no obvious side effects.
