目的:建立中西制剂复方五味子片和复方五味子糖浆中磷酸根含量测定方法。方法复方五味子制剂高温炽灼后,将磷转化成磷酸根,与显色剂[3 mol·L -1硫酸溶液-水-2.5%钼酸铵溶液-10%抗坏血酸溶液(1∶5∶1∶1)]反应络合显色,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在829 nm 处测定紫外吸收。结果以磷酸根含量计算,总磷量在0.800~2.800μg·mL -1范围内线性良好(r =1.0000),糖浆、片剂的加样回收率分别为104.0%和98.2%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为复方五味子糖浆和复方五味子片中总磷量的测定方法,该方法为其他药品中总磷量质量控制方法提供借鉴。
目的:建立中西製劑複方五味子片和複方五味子糖漿中燐痠根含量測定方法。方法複方五味子製劑高溫熾灼後,將燐轉化成燐痠根,與顯色劑[3 mol·L -1硫痠溶液-水-2.5%鉬痠銨溶液-10%抗壞血痠溶液(1∶5∶1∶1)]反應絡閤顯色,採用紫外-可見分光光度法在829 nm 處測定紫外吸收。結果以燐痠根含量計算,總燐量在0.800~2.800μg·mL -1範圍內線性良好(r =1.0000),糖漿、片劑的加樣迴收率分彆為104.0%和98.2%。結論該方法簡便、準確、重複性好,可作為複方五味子糖漿和複方五味子片中總燐量的測定方法,該方法為其他藥品中總燐量質量控製方法提供藉鑒。
목적:건립중서제제복방오미자편화복방오미자당장중린산근함량측정방법。방법복방오미자제제고온치작후,장린전화성린산근,여현색제[3 mol·L -1류산용액-수-2.5%목산안용액-10%항배혈산용액(1∶5∶1∶1)]반응락합현색,채용자외-가견분광광도법재829 nm 처측정자외흡수。결과이린산근함량계산,총린량재0.800~2.800μg·mL -1범위내선성량호(r =1.0000),당장、편제적가양회수솔분별위104.0%화98.2%。결론해방법간편、준학、중복성호,가작위복방오미자당장화복방오미자편중총린량적측정방법,해방법위기타약품중총린량질량공제방법제공차감。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the total phophorus in Compound Schisandra Syr-up and Compound Schisandra Tablets. Methods The compound schisandra preparations was decomposed by ignition to produce quantitative orthophosphate. The phosphate could react with chromogenic reagent[3 mol·L - 1 sulfuric acid solu-tion - water - 2. 5% ammonium molybdate solution - 10% ascorbic acid solution(1∶5∶1∶1)]. The complex was detected at 829 nm with UV spectrophotometry. Results The liner relationship of total phosphorus was at the range of 0. 800 ~ 2. 800μg·mL - 1(r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery was 104. 0% and 98. 2% ,respectively. Conclusion The methods were proved to be convenient,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Compound Schisandra Syrup and Compound Schisandra Tablets.
