目的：应用自拟木贼洗剂合氟尿嘧啶注射液外用观察对扁平疣的治疗效果。方法：治疗组（120例）用自拟木贼洗剂外洗后，皮损处外用氟尿嘧啶注射液；对照Ⅰ组（59例）给予自拟木贼洗剂外洗患处；对照Ⅱ组（56例）应用温热水对患者的皮损位置进行湿敷，皮损处外用氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗；均30 d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组治愈率为90.8%，对照组治愈率分别为69.4%、44.6%。治疗组与对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组疗效比较的差异具有统计学意义（x2=7.60，P＜0.01；x2=8.01，P＜0.01）。结论：自拟木贼洗剂外洗联合氟尿嘧啶注射液外用治疗扁平疣效果显著，且无明显副作用。
