人才是强校之基,立校之本,高层次人才更是高等学校的核心竞争力。由于应用型本科院校自身的特殊性,高层次人才对其发展有重要的战略意义。当前,应用型本科院校在加大人才引进力度的同时,在人才引进的定位、引进的渠道及方法、引进待遇、引进后的考核管理等方面存在一定的问题。这些问题制约了学校师资队伍尤其是高层次人才队伍建设,要解决这些问题,需要应用型本科院校从自身特点出发,从人才引进的实践出发,明确目标、拓宽思路、加强管理。
人纔是彊校之基,立校之本,高層次人纔更是高等學校的覈心競爭力。由于應用型本科院校自身的特殊性,高層次人纔對其髮展有重要的戰略意義。噹前,應用型本科院校在加大人纔引進力度的同時,在人纔引進的定位、引進的渠道及方法、引進待遇、引進後的攷覈管理等方麵存在一定的問題。這些問題製約瞭學校師資隊伍尤其是高層次人纔隊伍建設,要解決這些問題,需要應用型本科院校從自身特點齣髮,從人纔引進的實踐齣髮,明確目標、拓寬思路、加彊管理。

Talents, especially the top talents, are the most essential footstones of making colleges or universities strong, and high-level talents are even the core competence of making colleges well-established. Nowadays, the application-oriented colleges increase the introduction of talents. But meanwhile, they are facing some seri-ous problems in the aspects of introducing standards, ways, salaries, as well as the assessment index and ad-ministration mode to be adopted after the talents are introduced which become the obstacles of restricting the construction of top teaching staff. To solve these problems, it is necessary for colleges and universities to set clear objectives, broaden mind and strengthen administration from the view of their application-oriented features and conditions and the practice of introducing top talents.
