随着我国资产证券化实践的不断深入，其在拓宽企业融资渠道、推动金融市场发展、促进金融体系稳定以及加快资本市场国际化等方面发挥的作用越来越大。与此同时，受基础资产复杂性、交易运作方式复杂性以及各参与主体信息不对称等因素的影响，资产证券化背后蕴藏着多重的金融风险。为推动资产证券化健康的发展，应谨慎地选择证券化的基础资产，改进信息披露机制，优化交易机制和平台，以及加强监管的协调性。

With the practice of asset securitization constantly going deep, asset securitization has played an in-creasingly important role in the aspects of broadening corporate financing channels, promoting the development of financial markets, the stability of financial system and accelerating the internationalization of the capital mar-ket. Meanwhile, Affected by complexity of basic assets and trading operation mode, information asymmetry of the participating subjects, and other factors, there exist a multiplicity of financial risks in asset securitization. To promote the healthy development of Asset Securitization, we should carefully choose the basic assets of secu-ritization, improve the mechanism of information disclosure, optimize the mechanisms and platforms of trading, as well as to strengthen the coordination of supervision.
