目的：观察温补脾肾基础方联合柳氮磺吡啶对慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将142例脾肾阳虚型慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分入治疗组和对照组。对照组以柳氮磺吡啶治疗；治疗组在此基础上加用中药温补脾肾基础方治疗。共治疗3个月。通过治疗前后中医证候积分和结肠黏膜病变的变化来评价疗效。结果：经治疗后，治疗组的临床症状和结肠黏膜病变情况的改善程度均优于对照组（P＜0.01和 P＜0.05）。结论：温补脾肾基础方联合柳氮磺吡啶能有效地减轻慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者局部的炎症反应并改善其临床症状。
목적：관찰온보비신기출방연합류담광필정대만성비특이성궤양성결장염적림상료효。방법：장142례비신양허형만성비특이성궤양성결장염환자수궤분입치료조화대조조。대조조이류담광필정치료；치료조재차기출상가용중약온보비신기출방치료。공치료3개월。통과치료전후중의증후적분화결장점막병변적변화래평개료효。결과：경치료후，치료조적림상증상화결장점막병변정황적개선정도균우우대조조（P＜0.01화 P＜0.05）。결론：온보비신기출방연합류담광필정능유효지감경만성비특이성궤양성결장염환자국부적염증반응병개선기림상증상。
Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutical effect of basic prescription of warming the spleen and tonifying the kidney combined with sulfasalazine on the patients with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Methods: We selected 142 cases with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis, which belongs to the type of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. These patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with sulfasalazine, and on this basis, the control group was treated with basic prescription of warming the spleen and tonifying the kidney. The course of treatment was 3 months. The curative effect of each group was evaluated by the changes of TCM syndrome integral and the lesion of colonic mucosa before and after treatment. Results: After treated, the improvement degree of clinical symptoms and the lesion of colonic mucosa in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Conclusion: The basic prescription of warming the spleen and tonifying the kidney combined with sulfasalazine could reduce the local inflammatory reaction of the patients with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis and improve their clinical symptoms efficiently.
