目的：建立高效毛细管电泳法测定小蓟中咖啡酸的含量。方法采用石英毛细管柱，以硼砂溶液为缓冲液，运用电泳法测定小蓟中咖啡酸的含量。结果咖啡酸进样量在0.121～0.968μg 范围内（r =0.9990）线性关系良好，平均回收率为96.33％。结论本方法专属性强，灵敏度高，重复性好，可用于小蓟中咖啡酸的含量测定。
목적：건립고효모세관전영법측정소계중가배산적함량。방법채용석영모세관주，이붕사용액위완충액，운용전영법측정소계중가배산적함량。결과가배산진양량재0.121～0.968μg 범위내（r =0.9990）선성관계량호，평균회수솔위96.33％。결론본방법전속성강，령민도고，중복성호，가용우소계중가배산적함량측정。
Objective To establish an HPCE method for the determination of caffeic acid in Cirsium setosum. Methods Using quartz capillary column,borax solution for buffer solution,the content of coffeic acid in Cirsium setosum was deter-mined by electrophoresis. Results The linear range of caffeic acid was 0. 121 ~ 0. 968 μg(r = 0. 999 0),the average re-covery was 96. 33%. Conclusion This method had a strong specificity,high sensitivity and fine reproducibility and can be used as a method for the determination of caffeic acid in Cirsium setosum.
