目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法测定小蓟中咖啡酸的含量。方法采用石英毛细管柱,以硼砂溶液为缓冲液,运用电泳法测定小蓟中咖啡酸的含量。结果咖啡酸进样量在0.121~0.968μg 范围内(r =0.9990)线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.33%。结论本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于小蓟中咖啡酸的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPCE method for the determination of caffeic acid in Cirsium setosum. Methods Using quartz capillary column,borax solution for buffer solution,the content of coffeic acid in Cirsium setosum was deter-mined by electrophoresis. Results The linear range of caffeic acid was 0. 121 ~ 0. 968 μg(r = 0. 999 0),the average re-covery was 96. 33%. Conclusion This method had a strong specificity,high sensitivity and fine reproducibility and can be used as a method for the determination of caffeic acid in Cirsium setosum.
