目的:研究胡椒中提取纯化胡椒碱的产业化工艺。方法采用85%的乙醇对胡椒中胡椒碱进行提取,利用高效液相色谱法进行纯度测定,以胡椒碱的提取率和结晶纯度为指标,优化提取纯化胡椒碱的工艺。结果最终确定以10倍体积85%乙醇回流提取胡椒2次,滤液合并后浓缩,动态冷却结晶,结晶粗品用无水乙醇重结晶,所得胡椒碱纯度达98%以上。结论工艺简便,可操作性强,制得的产品纯度高,适合产业化生产。
目的:研究鬍椒中提取純化鬍椒堿的產業化工藝。方法採用85%的乙醇對鬍椒中鬍椒堿進行提取,利用高效液相色譜法進行純度測定,以鬍椒堿的提取率和結晶純度為指標,優化提取純化鬍椒堿的工藝。結果最終確定以10倍體積85%乙醇迴流提取鬍椒2次,濾液閤併後濃縮,動態冷卻結晶,結晶粗品用無水乙醇重結晶,所得鬍椒堿純度達98%以上。結論工藝簡便,可操作性彊,製得的產品純度高,適閤產業化生產。
목적:연구호초중제취순화호초감적산업화공예。방법채용85%적을순대호초중호초감진행제취,이용고효액상색보법진행순도측정,이호초감적제취솔화결정순도위지표,우화제취순화호초감적공예。결과최종학정이10배체적85%을순회류제취호초2차,려액합병후농축,동태냉각결정,결정조품용무수을순중결정,소득호초감순도체98%이상。결론공예간편,가조작성강,제득적산품순도고,괄합산업화생산。
Objective To study industrial technology for the extraction and purification of piperine from Piper nigrum L. . Methods Piperine from blacK pepper is extracted and separated with 85% ethanol,and the purity of piperine was det-emined by HPLC. With extraction rate and purity of piperine as index,extraction and purity technology of piperine from Pip-er nigrum L. was optimizied. Results Finally the optimum conditions were extracting and separating piperine from blacK pepper with 85% ethanol by 2 times,ethanol(volume)∶pepper(quality)(10∶1). The filtrate was combined,condensed, and then dynamic cooling crystallization. The crude product of piperine was crystallized many times with anhydrous ethanol. The purity of piperine was more than 98% . Conclusion Extraction and purification technology of piperine used in this study was simple and maneuverability,and the purity of product was high. It was suitable for industrial production.
