本文以环保型N2气体作为新型开关设备的绝缘介质,通过工频、击穿特性试验,研究了N2在不同压力、电场结构中的击穿特性。结果表明:随绝对压力的逐渐增加,N2气体的工频和击穿电压增加。此外,根据试验研究以及理论推导,得出了在稍不均匀电场中,N2气体与气体绝对压力之间的关系式。这些研究可为纯N2气体代替纯SF6气体在中压开关领域的应用提供依据。

The power frequency test and impulse test are conducted to research the breakdown characteristics of nitrogen under different pressure with nitrogen as the new insulating medium in a non-uniform electric field. The results show that the power frequency and breakdown voltage of the nitrogen increases with absolute pressure increasing. In addition, according to experimental research and theoretical, the relationship between nitrogen and gas absolute pressure is derived in the slightly non-uniform electric field. This study can provide experiment basis in the medium voltage switchgear for nitrogen instead of pure sulfur hexafluoride. The research can provide experiment basis for the application of nitrogen instead of sulfur hexafluoride in the field of medium voltage switchgear.
