高速公路软土地基若处理不善,则工后沉降经常不能满足规范的要求。本文通过对某高速公路堆载预压处理段路基沉降速率较大断面采用气泡混合轻质土置换高速公路路堤的应用,根据地基土体为超固结土,通过现场实测沉降资料分析,置换前后处理段沉降观测点月沉降量变化显著,路基沉降速率较处理之前收敛明显,符合了相关规范要求。根据观测数据,使用轻质土填筑高速公路路堤不仅施工方便,质量容易控制,而且处理效果显著,是一种有效的减少软土地基工后沉降的控制方法。

If the soft soil foundation treatment of expressway isn't proper, the post construction settlement often cannot meet the specification requirements. This article introduced the application practice of using Foam Cement Banking to replace the expressway embankment in the large roadbed sedimentation rate section of an expressway preloading processing segment. According to the foundation soil in an over consolidated state, by field measured settlement data analysis, the monthly settlement of settlement observation point changed significantly after replacement, roadbed sedimentation rate had a clear convergence, and the relevant specifications are met. The results show that, using FCB replacement expressway embankment is not only convenient, the quality control is easy, but also the treatment effect is obvious, so it is a kind of effective control method to reduce post-construction settlement for soft soil foundation.
